SOFTWARE SELECTION

Choosing software for your firm can be a daunting task. 

Choosing a new Practice Management System even more so due to the time and cost involved in licences, implementation and training etc. 

Working alongside the team at NextLegal I have been involved in multiple PM System selections for a wide range of firms. The methodology is to understand your business needs (current and future) first and foremost.  I then use my knowledge of the many systems to match up products and work with you during demonstrations, pricing negotiations etc. 

The devil is always in the detail when selecting software - leverage off my extensive experience in running a legal finance department, as well as actually using and implementing a variety of different systems to assist you. My experience consulting has given me the insight into precedents, automated document compilation and document management.  I understand what both a busy lawyer and a nimble accounts department need to run their business and can assist in finding the system that is right for you.
