Implementing software is a project. It requires planning and a strategic methodology. 

 

I have assisted many firms in the implementation of new Practice Management Systems and new Expense Management Systems. I can manage your entire implementation, or, being the “flexible workforce” that I am, simply provide assistance in testing, or lead the Accounting portion of the implementation only.

 

Having implemented software from both sides ie: vendor and client, I am in a unique position to understand all stakeholder needs and ensure a smooth transition. My experience implementing different software lends itself greatly in the software selection process which is another offering of mine.
