There are many processes within the accounts department of a law firm that impact many other areas of the firm.  Most firms are trying to go paper-lite but so often I still see loads of paper being pushed around a firm.  There are lots of ways to make your accounts department more efficient that don’t necessarily involve investment in new software. And trying to be paper-lite is only one area of consideration.
